Live route information now comes from a single shared source, plus fixes for missing students in the route planner, second bus tag scans, zone charges and two-factor settings.

More reliable live route updates
Live route information is now updated from a single shared source, providing schools, drivers, and parents with more dependable real-time updates and consistent information across screens.
What's fixed?
Missing students in Route Planner
Students with incomplete address mapping now appear in a needs-attention list within the route planner so schools can correct their details and ensure they are not left off routes.
Second bus tag scan
Drivers can now successfully scan a student's valid travel tag on a second bus even if they are not booked on that route, resolving incorrect unregistered tag messages during shuttle or transfer services.
Marketplace navigation
Clicking the Marketplace button in the Admin Console now opens a single tab instead of multiple tabs.
Student balance and transaction totals
Student transport account balances now correctly match the transaction list total when offsetting credits are applied.
Zone charges for pay-as-you-go trips
Pay-as-you-go transport charges now apply correctly for schools using zone pricing.
Individual two-factor authentication settings
School administrators can now adjust two-factor authentication settings for individual users without affecting the settings of other users or the overall school account.
Admin page visibility
Administrators with valid access now appear correctly on the Admin page instead of appearing to have been removed.
Overdue report export years
The Overdue Balance Summary Report now correctly exports data matching the specific year selected in the range filter.
Administrator email reuse
Accounts can now be successfully created for new business or accounts administrators using an email address from a previously deleted user.
New tab sessions
Opening Admin Console pages in a new tab or window during an active session no longer requires users to sign in again.
Student list sorting
Sorted student lists in the Student Settings screen now display in a consistent order across pages, ensuring each student only appears once.
Route tab navigation
Route tabs in the Admin Console now open the correct selection instead of the previously viewed tab.
