FACTS integration, term rollover for route bookings and faster SMS
Schools can now sync student and parent records from FACTS, carry route bookings into a new term with the Rollover tab, and send bulk route SMS messages faster.

FACTS integration
Schools can now connect FACTS to RollCall to automatically sync student and parent or guardian records, reducing manual data entry and helping keep transport records up to date. (Integrations → LMS)

Term rollover for route bookings
A new Rollover tab in Route Builder allows administrators to carry students and booking patterns into a new term without manually recreating bookings. (Settings → Routes → Actions → Rollover)
AM route navigation
AM route navigation now switches more reliably between navigation and boarding views, helping drivers move through stops in the correct order.
Faster bulk route SMS delivery
Bulk route SMS messages are now delivered faster, helping schools communicate with families more quickly during disruptions and emergencies.
More reliable peak-time attendance scanning
Behind-the-scenes improvements help RollCall better handle busy attendance scanning periods and reduce the risk of slowdowns during peak times.

Morning wrong stop records
Wrong stop events on morning runs are now recorded correctly on the Transport Screen and in reporting.
Closest stop assignment
Smart Route now assigns students to the correct nearby stop more reliably.
Grouped map pin counts
Grouped stop and student pins on route planning maps now display accurate counts when zooming in.
Missing campus warnings
Missing campus warnings have been restored during student data preview processes.
Bus Stop Report layout
The Bus Stop Report now displays information correctly without overlapping or formatting issues.
Next sync times
Sync schedules now display consistently across dashboards using the school's configured timezone.
Bus Stop Report timing
Arrival, departure and stop duration calculations in the Bus Stop Report now display correctly when a bus enters the same stop area multiple times.
Admin Console login persistence
Opening Admin Console pages in a new tab or window no longer requires users to sign in again.
Parent access search and totals
Disabled parents can now be found correctly in Manage Parent Access, and parent totals now match across views.
Route status updates
Fixed an issue that could cause route status updates to fail unexpectedly in the background.
Duplicate student codes
Duplicate student codes now display a clear validation message instead of generating an unexpected error.
RollCall Pay navigation
Administrators can now navigate away from RollCall Pay without being redirected back unexpectedly.
