Integrations dashboard, NAB Gateway payments and bulk parent CSV
A new Integrations dashboard shows every integration's status in one place, schools can offer NAB Gateway payments, and parent records can be managed in bulk via CSV.

Integrations Dashboard
View all integrations (payments, syncs, SSO, CSV, cards) in one place with clear status indicators, making it easier to spot and resolve issues quickly.
Long-term booking activity & export
Access a full audit view of bookings made by Parents and export filtered results for reporting and billing. (Settings → Bookings → Booking Activity)
NAB Gateway payments
Schools can now offer NAB Gateway, giving parents a secure way to pay and save cards for future use.
Transport Screen exception badges
Colour-coded badges make issues like wrong stop or off stop easier to spot at a glance.
Bulk parent management via CSV
Create, link, update, or remove parent records in bulk, saving significant admin time.
Multiple Bulk Offs
Staff can now use Bulk Off multiple times in a single trip, improving accuracy for multi-stop journeys.
Switch payment providers
Schools can now change payment providers themselves without contacting support.

Messaging delivery statuses
Delivery results now display correctly and remain consistent after refreshes.
Parent phone number syncing
Parent phone numbers are no longer removed during syncs when incoming records are blank.
Sticitt payment validation
Sticitt setup checks now correctly reflect whether payments are ready to process.
Duplicate parent records
Fixed issues causing duplicate parent records and related login or access problems.
Parent account access (Manage Parent Access)
Parent accounts will no longer be disabled unexpectedly.
Stop Guardian scan offs
Stop Guardian now correctly reflects when students are scanned off.
Credit warning alerts
Low balance alerts now send reliably to parents.
Parent App login loop
Fixed an issue causing some parents to loop back to login when linked students became inactive.
Automatic trip completion times
Driver login and logout times now remain accurate after automatic trip completion.
Route mapping filters
Filters now open independently for a cleaner experience.
Relationships tab messaging
Character limits now display clearly and messaging behaviour is more consistent.
Driver force sign-out
Improved reliability of driver force sign-out actions in the Transport screen.
