All remaining users move to the new Parent App on 20 August
From Thursday 20 August, all remaining users move to the new RollCall Parent App automatically. The Guided Tour and Help section are there to support parents through the change.
Hi everyone,
Quick heads up: the new RollCall app has been live for two weeks now, and from Thursday 20th August, we'll be moving all remaining users across automatically.
A couple of things worth knowing as you support parents through the change:
- The Guided Tour runs automatically the first time someone logs into the app and walks them through the basics of how to navigate the new app.
- The Help section contains parent app instructions and guidance, and lets them replay the Guided Tour at any time.
If you haven't looked through the Help section yet, it's worth a few minutes before Thursday so you know exactly what parents are seeing.
