RollCall + MonitorWA
Keep MonitorWA SmartRider card codes in sync with RollCall so tap-on and tap-off just works.
Book a demoWhat the MonitorWA integration does
MonitorWA is a Western Australian student smart-card provider and the licenced printer of SmartRider cards. Its card system connects to RollCall through the same secure card-code endpoint PPC uses, so when a card is produced or reissued its code is sent straight into RollCall against the right student. Because RollCall's card-code endpoint is provider-agnostic, students can tap on and off the bus with the same card they use on WA public transport, and no one re-keys card numbers by hand.

Data flow
One-way syncMonitorWA's card system is the source of card codes. When a SmartRider card is produced or updated, its code is pushed into RollCall against the matching student, ready for tap-on and tap-off scanning. This uses the same provider-agnostic card-code endpoint as PPC.

Setup
Generate a card integration token
In RollCall, generate the secure third-party token that authorises card-code updates for your school.
Configure MonitorWA to send card codes
MonitorWA points its card system at your RollCall card-update endpoint, sending each student's number and card code as SmartRider cards are produced.
Test and go live
Send a test card update to confirm the code lands against the right student, then cards work for tap-on and tap-off straight away.
