PPC is a specialist Australian card printer, producing student ID and travel cards. Its card-management system connects to RollCall through a secure card-code API, so when a card is issued or reissued, the card code is sent straight into RollCall against the right student. RollCall's card-code API is provider-agnostic, so it works the same way with MonitorWA and any other card-management system. That means students can tap on and off buses reliably without anyone re-keying card numbers by hand.

Data flow
One-way syncPPC's card system is the source of card codes. When a card is produced or updated, its code is pushed into RollCall against the matching student, ready for tap-on/tap-off scanning. The same provider-agnostic card-code API also connects MonitorWA and other card-management systems.

Setup
Generate a card integration token
In RollCall, generate the secure third-party token that authorises card-code updates for your school.
Configure PPC to send card codes
PPC points its card system at your RollCall card-update endpoint, sending each student's number and card code as cards are produced.
Test and go live
