Integration spotlight

A new LMS integration partner: FACTS

FACTS, a Nelnet company, logo

Our integrations ecosystem continues to grow, with FACTS now joining our expanding list of integration partners.

At RollCall, meaningful integrations are a key part of our long-term vision. Schools rely on multiple platforms every day - from Student Information Systems and payment platforms through to operational and communication tools - and ensuring those systems work together seamlessly is critical.

Our focus is on creating a connected ecosystem that simplifies processes, reduces double handling, and helps schools operate more efficiently.

The ability to integrate RollCall with the essential tools schools already use is paramount to delivering a more streamlined and connected experience - and another step toward making RollCall the platform of choice for complete operational synergy.

What’s new in May

Five changes worth knowing

Integrations Dashboard New

View all integrations (payments, syncs, SSO, CSV, cards) in one place with clear status indicators, making it easier to spot and resolve issues quickly.

Bus Guardian skip reasons and compliance tracking New

Schools can now see if drivers "skipped" the Bus Guardian checks, including the reason why a check was skipped.

Filter parents by app access status Better

Manage Parent App Access now includes Enabled and Disabled status filters, making it easier to identify which parents currently have access.

Parent CSV import - duplicate handling Better

Now handle multiple parents per student, or multiple students per parent, more accurately.

Bulk update parents via CSV Fixed

You can now create, link, update or remove parent records in bulk, saving significant admin time.
