Term Rollover allows you to automatically carry eligible students into the next term based on how often they've used your service. Rather than treating every booking equally, RollCall analyses actual travel history and applies the threshold you choose.

For example, you may decide that students who travelled on 80% or more of available school days should retain their place for next term — RollCall does the analysis for you.

Students who meet your criteria are rolled into the next term on the same service and, where applicable, the same seat. Students below the threshold are not automatically rolled over, allowing those places to become available for new applications or students on your waiting list.

You'll find Term Rollover under Routes, where the rollover is completed on a route-by-route basis. Simply:

1. Select the route.
2. Choose the destination term.
3. Set your usage threshold.
4. Review the students who qualify.
5. Complete the rollover.

That's it.
