What the Sticitt integration does

RollCall Pay integrates with Sticitt, a South African school payment provider. Schools connect their own Sticitt merchant account to collect bus fares in ZAR, with payment status flowing back to RollCall and funds settling directly to the school.

Setting up Sticitt payments in RollCall Pay

Data flow

Two-way sync

RollCall Pay uses your own Sticitt account. Parents check out on Sticitt's hosted payment page, and payment status flows back to RollCall so balances stay accurate, and funds settle directly to your account.

What you need

  • A merchant account with Sticitt
  • Bus fares enabled on your RollCall account
  • Administrator access to connect the account

Setup

  1. Create or connect your Sticitt account

Set up a Sticitt merchant account (or use your existing one) and generate the API credentials RollCall Pay needs to process fare payments.

  2. Connect in RollCall

Enter your Sticitt credentials in RollCall Pay's settings. Because you connect your own account, funds settle directly to you, so RollCall never holds parent money.

  3. Run a test transaction

Process a small test payment to confirm the connection, then enable fare payments for parents.
